How many carbohydrates are contained in a bottle of beer?
- Carli ClassenI am happy to report that that your average mainstream beer contains 13 grams of carbohydrates, zero fat or cholesterol, 25 mg sodium, plus the benefit of protein, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, as well as vitamins B, B2 and B6. Think of beer as the original health food - in moderation, of course.
