What is the most extreme recipe for beer that you have come across?
- Margo ThomasCock Ale was a British favourite of bygone days. The young bird was gutted and skinned, then boiled and crushed. The meat, along with raisins, mace, rosemary, cloves, dates and honey were put in a canvas sack and immersed in a keg of ale for a minimum of one week. Yummy!
