Canadian brewers describe their production volume in hectolitres. How much is a hectolitre?

- Jasmin Green

One hectolitre is the equivalent of 100 litres, about 22 imperial gallons or 26.4 U.S. gallons. In Canadian consumer terms one hectolitre equals one dozen 24 packs of standard 351 mL bottles.
