1. Contest begins at 2:00 pm (EST) on Thursday May 19, 2005 and ends at 1:00 pm (EST) on Thursday May 26, 2005.

2. TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, go to the website at www.TheJewelsOfFood.com and complete and submit the online entry form for your chance to win. LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON AND LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER E-MAIL ADDRESS. Entries received online shall be deemed to be submitted by the holder of the e-mail account and the holder of that account must meet all eligibility requirements. Multiple entries by the same person or from the same e-mail address in may result in disqualification.

3. There will be 1 (one) prize to be won. The prize winners will be determined by an electronic random draw conducted by an independent third party. The draw will be held in Toronto, ON from all eligible entries received.

• Prize: A pair of tickets to Fetish Feast VI with a value of $40. The winner for this prize will be drawn on Thursday May 26, 2005.

4. Selected entrants will be contacted by e-mail or phone. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected prize winners.

5. In order to be declared a winner, the potential winners must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.

6. PRIZES: Approximate total retail value is $40. Prizes must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Jewels of Food reserves the right to substitute a prize, which is in its sole opinion, of equal or greater value, in the event that any prize becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever. The odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received for each draw.

7. By entering this contest, you acknowledge having read these rules and agree to be bound by them. Decisions of the contest judging organization will be final with respect to all aspects of this contest.

8. This contest is conducted by The Jewels of Food and is open to all legal residents of Ontario, Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence and who are not managers or employees (including their immediate family members or persons with whom they are domiciled) of The Jewels of Food, their respective advertising and promotion agencies, any other agents or representatives, or the contest judging organization. "Immediate family" means mother, father, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, spouse.

9. The contest is subject to all applicable Federal, State, Provincial and Municipal laws. All taxes, transfers, governmental or other fees assessed as a result of winning or receiving any contest prize are the responsibility of the respective winners. Prizes must be claimed by Friday May 27, 2005.

10. Any entries or any other materials used in this contest which have been tampered with, mutilated, altered, forged, reproduced, misdirected, not legitimately obtained, are illegible, late, incomplete, garbled, or which contain or reflect printing or other errors will be judged void.

11. The Jewels of Food reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend this Contest, in whole or in part, at any time and in any way, without prior notice, should any factor including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures, interfere with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. The Jewels of Food may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, who acts in violation of these Official Rules or who otherwise attempts to or does undermine the proper conduct of the Contest. The Jewels of Food will not be responsible for any error, omission,interruption, defect, misdirection or delay in any transmission or communication, for theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration to entries, for failure of any telephone lines or network, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or for any other technical problem, including but not limited to any damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or from downloading or copying any materials in this contest.

12. Selected prize winners must agree to sign standard forms of release confirming compliance with these rules and waiving any liability of The Jewels of Food, its affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, or their respective directors, officers, employees or agents with regard to loss, injury or damage of any kind, arising out of participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize as awarded. By entering, winners further consent, where permitted by law, to the use of their name, city and province/state of residence, and/or photograph, in any publicity carried out by The Jewels of Food, its affiliates and/or its advertising and promotional agencies, without further compensation.

13. All personal information gathered through this contest will be used by The Jewels of Food and its affiliates for the sole purpose of marketing initiatives. None of the information will be sold to third party companies, and will be treated as confidential.
